Meteorological environmental data is an important index to determine the solar power generation, and plays a decisive role in the quality of solar power generation; it is also an effective data guarantee for the design of solar power generation stations. BGF11S type intelligent cloud digital high-precision solar power generation environmental monitoring system is designed and produced according to the meteorological observation standards of the international meteorological WMO organization and the specifications of IEC (International Electrotechnical Commission). At the same time, it also meets the relevant requirements of GB/T19964 "Technical Specifications for Photovoltaic Power Generation Access to Power System" and Q/GDW11000 "Information Exchange Specifications for Grid- connected Operation of Photovoltaic Power Generation Stations". The system can monitor the following meteorological data: ambient temperature, ambient humidity, atmospheric pressure, wind speed, wind direction, back temperature, peak sunshine hours, horizontal total radiation, inclined total radiation, direct radiation, scattered radiation and other meteorological data. It has the characteristics of stable performance, high detection accuracy, and no need for attended, which can meet the business requirements of professional meteorological observation.
Widely used for real-time monitoring of solar power stations, it is used for research on the quality, efficiency, fault diagnosis data management, and provides data security.
II. Product Features
1. Real-time data monitoring:It can collect and analyze a variety of meteorological data, including environmental temperature, environmental humidity, atmospheric pressure, wind speed, wind direction, back plate temperature, peak sunshine hours, horizontal total radiation, inclined total radiation, direct radiation, scattered radiation and other meteorological data.
2、Science and Technology Data Collection Instrument:The photovoltaic environmental data collection instrument adopts a new generation of 32-bit MCU processor, with a built-in high-precision GPS chip, which can accurately correct the collection time and perform high-precision positioning.
3、Offline Data Analysis:32-bit processor is used to collect and analyze the data information, without the need for platform computing and cloud analysis, and the statistical analysis data is directly output through the collection statistics function, which is convenient for users to store and analyze the collected information.
4、Integrated Wind Speed and Direction Sensor:Use the self-developed and produced integrated wind speed and direction sensor, which has a simple structure, waterproof and dustproof, more stable monitoring performance, higher measurement accuracy, more convenient installation, and quality assurance.
5、Stainless Steel Equipment Protection Box:The equipment protection box is designed with stainless steel material, with external anti-corrosion and internal waterproof design, which better protects the equipment electrical structure and ensures the stability of the equipment for long-term unattended monitoring.
6、Global Tracker:The direct radiation sensor and the scattered radiation sensor are equipped with a global self-adaptive fully automatic sun tracker. This tracker can be used normally within the global range of latitude south of 60° and latitude north of 60°, with a temperature range of -40~60℃.
7、Green Power Management:This data collection instrument can adopt AC220V and DC12V two power supply modes. And the new generation of green power management module is integrated internally to achieve intelligent switching between AC and DC power supply.
8、Integrated Observation Bracket:The appearance design of the integrated observation bracket, which is convenient for on-site personnel to quickly, conveniently, and simply install and debug the equipment.
